Executive Coach
“Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.” – Henry Ford
About Me
I am an International Coach Federation (ICF), Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with experience coaching individuals and groups. My passion for developing others began with the core values of my military experience, which include courage, discipline, respect for others, integrity, loyalty, and selfless commitment. These values continued to be important throughout my subsequent U.S. Government career, which has included the professional development of others, mentoring, and coaching. I work with new and experienced managers, executive leaders, and high potential individuals.
A good candidate for individual coaching is committed to personal development and is willing to dedicate time toward the achievement of individual goals. Perhaps you are facing a new challenge, have taken on new responsibilities, are interested in exploring growth opportunities, or have received personal or performance feedback that suggests change.
I believe we are each in charge of our own decisions and of creating our own results. As a coach, I will partner with you to help inspire and motivate you, hold you accountable, and help you identify strategies that will make a difference to you in achieving your goals. I can help you create your own results.
